SERVICES
INITIAL APPOINTMENT (General)
Your first appointment will be 60-75 minutes in length. During this appointment, we will:

discuss your health concerns

review your blood tests and/or any relevant diagnostic exams
-
complete any necessary physical exams
-
requisition blood work or other testing, if needed
-
initiate an individualized treatment plan.
My goal of this appointment is to understand you as a whole – body, mind and spirit, understand the root cause of your concerns, and empower you with the right tools and knowledge to make powerful changes to your health moving forward.
INITIAL APPOINTMENT (Fertility)
Your first appointment will be 75-90 minutes in length. During this appointment, we will:

review the details of your menstrual cycle & fertility history

review any recent blood tests and/or any fertility-relevant diagnostic exams

complete any necessary physical exams

requisition a Fertility Panel (blood work) or other testing, if needed
-
discuss timing of your cycle and how to accurately track ovulation
-
uncover potential roadblocks keeping your from becoming pregnant
My goal of this appointment is to understand you as a whole – body, mind and spirit, understand why you are having troubles conceiving, and empower you with the right tools and knowledge so you can achieve and maintain a healthy pregnancy.
FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS
Follow-up appointments can range between 15 and 60 minutes in length depending on our treatment plan. At each follow-up appointment, we will discuss and review your current treatment plan, make any necessary changes to your plan, and discuss your long-term health goals to optimize your health moving forward.
ACUPUNCTURE SESSIONS
Each acupuncture session is 45-minutes, which allows time for a brief follow-up and 30-minutes of restful acupuncture.
